It starts with a call
In the first instance, it is best to get in touch via the Contact page. We can then arrange a time for a 15-minute conversation which can be face-to-face, by telephone or Skype, during which you can explain your situation, I can answer your questions and say whether and how I think homeopathy may be able to help you.
First consultation
The first consultation usually takes around one and a half hours. I need to hear everything you can tell me about your current condition, your medical history and about you as a person. There may be strange questions such as how you sleep, your diet, likes and dislikes, because all of these things bring together you as an individual.
Remember homeopathy treats the person rather than the disease. From the first consultation, I will take time to consider your case and then prescribe the most appropriate remedy.
Follow-up consultations
The timing of the second consultation depends very much on your condition and level of health but it is often a 45-minute appointment a month after the first consultation.
An underlying problem can be masked or suppressed and only becomes more apparent as the initial treatment takes effect. This means fine-tuning of the remedy or its potency can be necessary as the treatment evolves.
If the road into your current condition has been a long and gradual process, the road out of it may also be long, but at least it will be in the right direction!
When a remedy is well matched to the individual, there is likely to be improvement within the first month of treatment.

Face to face appointments take place in a very peaceful and relaxing consultation room at The Woodbridge Complementary Health Centre 5 minutes drive from the Woodbridge railway station and close to bus services.
The Centre has ample parking and the consultation room is accessible.

Cancellation / Re-scheduling
If you cannot make an appointment please give at least 24 hours notice. If you do not, unless under exceptional circumstances, you may be liable for the full cost of the consultation.
